My Summer Makeup Essentials When I Travel

My Summer Makeup Essentials. When I travel I have some beauty favorites I cannot leave at home. Be inspired and make a list of your makeup essentials! #summer #makeupessentials #travelingessentials #makeuptravelessentials #vacationbeautycase #travel #cosmeticbagorganizer #makeupbrushes #vacationbeautypackinglist #beautyfavorites #travellist

I'm so happy that in about two weeks I'll be on a short vacation!
I planned to go in a seaside hotel with a pool, good food - I hope - and a lot of relax, beach and sun baths, with my boyfriend.
I hope the weather will bear with me so I can be able to take a lot of pictures, as well as reviewing my experience here in the blog.

Whenever I travel I tend to prepare or make a list of everything that I'll need to bring with me, so I don't end up forgetting stuff and I've got plenty of time to just go back and add anything that comes to my mind if I failed to remember it.
Also read the benefits and purposes of organic cosmetics.

The main and first thing has to be a good and practical bag to contain my makeup products.
I can certainly suggest this Women's Travel Cosmetic Bag Organizer branded Kinzd because it is really great and spacious, as well as of a sturdy and waterproof material, easy to clean.

It has a central body with a golden zip on top, where you can insert the makeup in, with an internal zipped pocket inside, for the smallest things, such as lip balm and eyeliner.
At the bottom it has another zipped compartment with pockets for your makeup brushes, topped with a plastic cover for more hygiene.
It also has a handle if you want to hang it in the bathroom or carry it with you easily.
You can use it in your everyday life as it contains everything in one place, so you don't have to keep your brushes separately in another bag or together with the rest of the products, which would be unpractical and unhygienic.
I love this beauty bag because it is very spacious and I can put all my favorite things inside.
Use the Coupon Code KINOFF20 for a 20% discount on the bag!

I am the type of girl who simply cannot use a small purse because I have to carry "the world" with me. When I go out I can't bring only the phone, keys and change. I just CANNOT.
I don't know how anyone can do it. I definitely need to have my - big -wallet with all my fidelity cards in it, the 500ml water bottle, some chewing-gums, a mirror, my pills, tissues, a pen, some emergency tampons, intimate wipes, chapstick, a hair elastic, a nail file, hand sanitizer, a portable perfume and a small jacket for when I'm cold.
These are ESSENTIALS and cannot be left at home.

So, you'll understand I can't bring only a concealer and a blush with me on vacation, but I try not to overload my bag with unnecessary stuff that I'll end up not using - and we're trying to avoid taking useless space.
I start by packing already tested and fully approved/used things because with new makeup you don't know if it works well for you and when you're not home there's no remedy for that if there isn't a replacement around.

I will definitely bring my most loved products for the basic simple makeup routine:

When you're on vacation, especially when not alone, you can't really spend hours doing your makeup and trying fancy looks, as you'll miss the fun (and your bf would get really annoyed at you).
Opt for something light - less is more - focusing on concealing imperfections and a glowing effect, which is perfect for summer as it enhances the tan.
Find out some of my favorite healthy products from eVitamins too.

To summarize:
1. Choose the right bag that contains all
2. Only bring what you know/ use on a daily basis
3. Opt for light and quick makeup looks

But, above all, HAVE FUN! ;)
Happy vacation everyone.

Disclaimer: I received the makeup bag for free and I like showing it on my blog. The expressed opinions are totally honest. I bought some products myself but others were press samples. I have NOT being paid to write this. The post contains some affiliate links.

  1. I am constantly endeavoring to find minimalist solutions to pack travel solutions, and this small pouch recommendation is just about that thing which might fit in perfectly in my dslr bag during travel. Kudos and waiting for a video review :)

  4. Lovely post! I usually try to keep my travel make up bag super light - depending on the destination tho! If I'm having a city break I'm taking everything with me but to the beach vacay I usually bring one mascara I'm not using :D
